Are images included with my content?

You may choose to buy royalty-free images as an add-on when ordering your content.

Can I use my own byline on the content?

Yes, once the content is delivered via your dashboard, it becomes your property (provided the order has been paid for, in full) and you have complete freedom to use the content however you wish including using your own byline.

Is content checked for grammar, syntax, and typos?

Yes, we have editors on staff who will read over the content submitted by a writer and make any necessary corrections before releasing it to you.

Can I view the Copyscape result for my content?

In most cases, this won’t be necessary, but if required, we can provide a copy.

Do you check all the content in Copyscape for uniqueness before delivery?

Yes, as a part of our writing service, we use copyscape premium to ensure all the content submitted by our copywriters is 100% original.

Managing Content Orders

For how long do you keep the details of my orders?

For future reference, we will retain copies of the order details and the completed content for one full year after it has been completed.

How do I approve an order and mark it as complete?

You may approve and accept the deliverables by clicking the “Accept Submission” button on your order screen after the order has been marked as delivered.

Please note that you will have 3 days to do so and if no input is provided by you, the system will automatically mark the project as completed after 3 days.

Do you offer complete rewrites as a part of your revision policy?

Only under extreme circumstances (e.g. a gross error on our part) and depending on the quality level chosen for that particular order, will we offer to rewrite the content.

If mistakes were made due to unclear or erroneous project details, you will be charged the normal rate for having the article or other content re-written.

How do I request a revision?

Once your order has been marked as delivered, you have 3 days to either accept the deliverables or request a revision. If you would like to request a revision, please click on the “Ask a Revision” button that appears on your order screen and provide a reason for revision request and click submit. Once done, your order will go in the “Revision Requested” status.

How can I download content for my order that was just delivered?

All your deliverables for your content order will be available for download in project files section of your order screen. 

How will I know when my ordered content is ready?

Once your order has been completed, it will be marked as delivered and an automated notification email will be sent to you from your dashboard. 

You will also see the notification bell ( on the top left of your screen) turn red notifying you of any delivered orders.

Can your writers create SEO optimized content?

Yes, we periodically conduct several training sessions every quarter and then there are special training sessions for new hires to acquaint them with copywriting best practices and search engine optimized writing.

Each of our writers understand, and are able to follow instructions related to SEO. In addition, our skilled editors will also review submitted work to ensure that it meets your own SEO guidelines.

How do you assess the abilities of a writer?

Copywriters are required to submit their existing writing samples along with links to their published work and their CV before being considered for hire by RightlyWritten.

They are then given test assignments with complex set of instructions, and upon satisfactory completion, they are hired initially on a trial basis to assess their ability to work with a variety of clients and with tight deadlines.

Assessments are then conducted periodically and the copywriters are rated by our internal editorial team to ensure that the quality of each writer remains consistent.

Will I have direct contact with my writer?

Unlike other content writing marketplaces, Rightlywritten has its own team of in-house copywriters and freelance writers that are rigorously tested through several steps in the application process and this means that we do not allow direct communication between clients and writers.

Another reason for not allowing direct communication with writers or not giving clients, the ability to vet writers is because our goal is to take the logistics of vetting, hiring, and managing your writing team off your todo list so you can focus on growing your business, while we create stellar content for your business.

That said, it is important to note that Rightlywritten has a hiring rate of just 16% of total writing applications made, which means out of every 100 applications we receive, we hire just 16 copywriters on an average and this is because of extremely high standards that we have here when it comes to getting exceptional talent on board.

Can I request that a particular writer be used for all my content orders?

Yes, if you have become accustomed to one particular writer’s style, you may request your editor/account manager that they continue to assign all your future projects to that particular writer.

Please note though, that this may add time to the projected turnaround time if that writer is currently working on another order. If you are placing a rushed order, there is a chance that we may have to assign it to another qualified writer.

If so, you will be notified beforehand.

How is a writer chosen for my content orders?

We have an enormous talent pool of copywriters segmented as per their level of knowledge, industry expertise, quality level, and their ability to create a certain type of content. We carefully review your needs and then match them with the writer who has expertise in your niche (depending on the quality level chosen when placing an order), as well as the writing style you are looking for.

Monthly Packages

Can I cancel my Monthly Blog Package subscription at anytime?

Yes, you may cancel your subscription anytime, however, please note that the cancellation will take effect from the following month. So, for instance, you were charged for a monthly blog package one week back, you will still receive the content for that specific month and the subscription will be canceled from the next month and you won’t be charged.

How are the blog posts in a Monthly Blog Package delivered?

Posts under monthly blog packages are delivered via the project files screen of your relevant order that is tied to your monthly package. 

You may, however, purchase an add-on blog posting service when subscribing to our Monthly Blog Packages and we will then post your blog posts on your website/blog as the content is ready thus automating the blogging process on your website.

If I have signed up for a Monthly Blog Package, will I still be able to order additional content?

Absolutely. You can always place your one-time orders on an ad hoc basis whenever you need, even if you already have an active Monthly Blog Package.

How long are the blog posts in a Monthly Package?

For pre-defined packages the default word count for each post is 500 words, however if you choose to build your own custom package, you have the flexibility of choosing the number of blog posts delivered each month and their lengths.

How do Monthly Blog Packages work?

Our Monthly Blog Packages are one of our hottest product offerings since launch. You may signup for our monthly blog package by agreeing to pay a recurring fee each month for x number of blog posts of x length each month.

By signing up for our monthly blog package, you can put your website blog on autopilot and keep your blog active and buzzing with activity with high-quality blog posts posted every single week.

Ordering Content

Can I submit files and reference links with my order?

Yes, you may!

In step 2 of the ordering process, you will have the ability to attach files and links can be added too. In fact, we request you to be as detailed as possible with your instructions to help us understand and deliver your order accordingly.

If you'd like to add additional files to your order after it has been placed, please log in your dashboard, go to the relevant order, navigate to the project files screen to upload additional files.

How do I place an order for content?

There are two ways you can place an order. Placing an order while logged in to the platform and even when logged out of your dashboard.

Here’s how you can do it.

Placing an order while logged out of the platform (Applicable to even non-registered users)

  • First click on “Order Your Content” item in the top navigation of the website
  • Then choose the type of content you need (i.e. one-time order or monthly blog package)
  • In the next screen, choose the content item required, and refine your order by choosing the word count, quantity, quality level, number of images required, and turnaround for your order
  • In the next step, fill in your order details ( you can be as detailed as you want here)
  • In step 3, you can enter your login details if you are an existing user, or if you are a new user, you may enter your name and email ID and your account will automatically be created and login credentials emailed to you.
  • Review and Complete Checkout in the final step.

Congratulations, your order has now been added to your dashboard.

Placing an order while logged in as an existing user

  • First click on “Order Your Content” button that you see on your dashboard screen
  • Then choose the type of content you need (i.e. one-time order or monthly blog package)
  • In the next screen, choose the content item required, and refine your order by choosing the word count, quantity, quality level, number of images required, and turnaround for your order
  • In the next step, fill in your order details ( you can be as detailed as you want here)
  • Review and Complete Checkout in the final step.

Congratulations, your order has now been added to your dashboard.

When will my order be started

In most cases, you can expect our copywriters to begin working on your order within a few hours of receipt. The only exception to this is if there is clarification needed by you in order to be able to complete the order.

In that case, your account manager/editor will contact you for further details, and the order will not be started until we hear back from you. 

Please note that the due date of your content order will change depending on when we receive proper clarification from you.

My order status shows queued, what does this mean?

Orders are automatically marked as queued if the payment has been made in full. Queued orders indicate that they are now being reviewed and ready to be assigned to the copywriter.

Can I request changes after I have placed an order?

Yes, you may request changes to add/modify the instructions on your order as long as the order is in queued status. This won't be possible though once the order has gone into the in-progress status.

Please note that any changes that are requested for the word count, the quantity, content item ordered, quality level, turnaround time, etc. are charged extra and as per the published prices.


Is your payment processing secure?

Yes, we take the security of your payment information (including credit cards and paypal accounts) extremely seriously.

To protect your personal payment information, our website and dashboard use industry-standard 256 bit SSL encryption.

We don't receive or store your Credit Card or PayPal information on our website or dashboard. When you make a purchase, your payment information is encrypted in our browser and then securely forwarded to our payment processing partners (Stripe or PayPal) depending on which payment gateway you choose to make a payment.

Can i cancel the order and ask for a refund after the project has gone into in progress status?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for the content orders that have already been started, you may, however, ask for a refund while your is in queued status.

Can I ask for a refund if I am not satisfied with the delivered content?

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for orders that we have already begun working on, or content that has already been submitted. Under extreme circumstances we will work with clients on a case by case basis.

How do payments for Monthly Blog Packages work?

For Monthly Blog Packages, stripe automatically charges your Credit / Debit card each month on a specific date (the date when you signed up for your monthly package) on a recurring basis. So if for instance you signed up for a monthly blog package on 20th of January, you will be automatically charged on 20th of each month on a recurring basis.

Is there a retainer deposit required for future content orders?

No, you are not required to pay any retainer deposit for future orders. You can make the payments at the time of ordering.

Do you retain my payment information to expedite the checkout process in future orders?

For security reasons, RightlyWritten does not store any payment information in our database, but your payment information is encrypted in our browser and forwarded to our payment processing partner.

When making payments with credit/debit card though, you may choose to remember your card information at the checkout for expedited future ordering in which case, stripe will securely store your credit/debit card information.

I wasn’t able to complete the checkout in my previous order, Do I need to place that order again?

If you went all the way until step 4 and clicked on the pay now button in the last step but did not finish checkout, your order was created in your dashboard with awaiting payment status. You may log in to your dashboard and make payments for that project rather than creating an order all over again.

However, if you did not go until step 4 and did not click the pay now button, our system still saves all your order information for a certain period of time (provided you have not cleared your browser or network cache) so that you can pick up where you left off without having to fill out all the information, all over again.

When do I pay for my content order?

When placing an order on the RightlyWritten platform, you must finish the checkout process and complete the payment before your order can be queued for creating content.

Registered Users

I no longer need to order content. Can I delete my account?

Yes, you may request us to do so in writing either via the chat widget on our website or by sending us an email at [email protected]

I lost my password. How can I create a new one?

From the login screen, click on the forget password link. You will then be prompted to enter the e-mail address associated with the account, and where your password information will be sent.

In some instances, you may be asked for additional identifying information in order to confirm the request is coming from you.

Are there any terms and conditions for a registered user?

Please note that every user that visits the RightlyWritten website and/or signs up as a user, is assumed to have automatically accepted our terms of service and privacy policy.

How do I login my account?

How do I create an account?

There are two ways to create an account:

You may start your order HERE and if you are not already a registered user, you will be asked to enter your name and email ID on step three of the ordering process. and once you enter those details and proceed to step four, your account will automatically be created and your login credentials will be emailed to you.

Do I have to be a registered user of the site if I want to order content?

Yes, by signing up and creating an account you are able to access certain features that will allow you to order content effortlessly, check status on your orders, upload and download files, communicate with the RightlyWritten staff, and do more.

Can you post my content on my blog / website for me?

Absolutely. When ordering blog posts you can choose to buy blog posting service as an add on.

Do you offer keyword research as a part of your service?

Yes, we do offer keyword research as a special service at an additional cost. Please contact us via the dashboard messaging system if you'd like to order this service.
