In order to provide our copywriting services, information supplied by you regarding the content may be shared with your RightlyWritten writer. Our writers are contracted to follow the RightlyWritten privacy policies, however, you should note that the information provided by you in your project details is done at your own risk, and with the knowledge that it may be shared with a third party.

Writers are never given access to any PII or personal information that you have entrusted with RightlyWritten unless we have been instructed to do so by you in writing.

We also require the use of a third party in order to process your payments. This is done using secure and reputable payment processing companies, and encrypting your PII and payment information for your protection. RightlyWritten will not be held responsible for any breaches in the security of a third party payment processing provider.

Underage Users

The RightlyWritten website and the services we provide are meant only for individuals over the age of 21. We will never knowingly collect or use the PII or personal information provided by a minor and take measures to confirm the age of all of our registered users. If we do find that a minor has been using our site and/or services we will immediately delete all information pertaining to them from our data base and terminate the relationship.
